Tissuville offers free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden, delivered by Postnord in 1-2 days.

For customers living in this countries, free standard shipping is offered on all orders above €50. However, orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee of €15 at checkout. Orders shipped with standard shipping are delivered in 3-8 days to the country of destination (we do apologize if a delivery delay occurs due to customs clearance). You will also get the option to select express shipping, which comes with an extra fee of €25. Orders shipped with DHL express shipping are delivered in 1-5 days. For orders above €200 free express shipping is available.
Rest of world
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders above €200. However, orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee of €25 at checkout. Orders shipped with express shipping are delivered in 2-5 days. The shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to stock availability, credit authorization, or special orders handling.
Each purchase is insured by Tissuville during the time of transit, from when it leaves our office until it is delivered to you.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and the following conditions must be met:
- The products must be return in their original packaging (box, accessories, inserts, protection, etc.)
- The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
- The products returned by the Customer were not used, damaged, worn, or altered.
- Label tags must still be attached to the products.
- In case of a damaged good the product should be returned in the condition it was received, the Customer should not try amend, repair or modify.
Tissuville reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t comply with the above conditions. Unauthorized returns/exchanges may be returned to sender. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.
In the event of withdrawal, customers will be refunded of all payments made to Tissuville including shipment cost (excluding international deliveries and additional costs for special deliveries), upon receipt of the returned product.
Due to the nature of Made-to-Order and personalized pieces, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Please note that international custom duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of The European Community.
