Question Do I need to create an account to place an order?
AnswerYou can shop at Tissuville without creating an account, however, if you register you can benefit from the following advantages:

  • Track your orders & review your past purchases.
  • Request a return directly from your account.
  • Save your address and payment details for quicker purchases.

Question What are your shipping methods and costs?
AnswerCurrently we offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

Orders will be shipped by DHL Express with an estimated delivery time 2 to 3 business days depending on the country.

We deliver all around the world. All orders are insured, therefore signature is needed upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to stock availability, credit authorization, or special orders handling.

Please email contact@tissuville.com if you prefer to change the delivery date.

Question What are your exchange and return policies?
AnswerCustomers have the right to return or exchange products. In order for the return or exchange to be accepted, a request must be made by email to contact@tissuville.com within 14 days of the date of delivery. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and the following conditions must be met:

  1. The products must be return in their original packaging (box, accessories, inserts, protection, etc.)
  2. The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
  3. The products returned by the Customer were not used, damaged, worn, or altered.
  4. Label tags must still be attached to the products.
  5. In case of a damaged good the product should be returned in the condition it was received, the Customer should not try amend, repair or modify.

Tissuville reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t comply with the above conditions. Unauthorized returns/exchanges may be returned to sender. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.

In the event of withdrawal, customers will be refunded of all payments made to Tissuville including shipment cost (excluding international deliveries and additional costs for special deliveries), upon receipt of the returned product.

Due to the nature of Made-to-Order and personalized pieces, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Question Exchanges
AnswerYou may exchange purchased items into another item equal or greater value (you must pay the difference in price, if required). Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the new item will be shipped to you again, free of charge within Sweden.
Question International Returns and Exchanges
AnswerWe recommend using DHL for returns, as Tissuville cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Please note that international custom duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of The European Community.

Question Receiving a refund
AnswerYour refund will be credited to your original payment method. Tissuville will issue a full refund including shipping costs if the complete order is returned. Please note that Tissuville will not refund the return shipping fee.
Question Will I have to pay custom duties?
AnswerDeliveries outside of Sweden may be subjected to custom duties. Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Tissuville is not required to inform clients about customs duties and taxes. The customer should check with the relevant authorities before placing an order. In case of refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, any requested and taxed amounts to Tissuville will be deducted from the refunded amount to the customer.
Question How do I authenticate a Tissuville product?
AnswerAll items purchased on tissuville.com are guaranteed to be authentic. Merchandise purchased from other websites or authorised dealers can be verified by entering your Tissuville product’s unique number on the Authenticate page.
Question Do you offer a repair service?
AnswerIf you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We also offer a repairs service for products out of warranty, at a fee. Please email contact@tissuville.com for more information.

AnswerYou can find size guides for our bracelets, rings, and belts, available on the Size Guide page.

Question How is my personal information protected?
AnswerWhen you place an order or access your account information, we use a secure socket layer (ssl) encryption that encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorized use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners’ to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.

In order to use certain features of the site, we may collect or you may be asked to provide your email address, name, mailing address, telephone number, billing information, gender, birth-date, message and gift recipients’ names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.

Question Is gift wrapping available?
AnswerYes, items may be gift wrapped in our signature tissuville gift box tied with tissuville logo-printed ribbon and embellished with a personalized gift label. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
Question How do I care for my Tissuville piece?
AnswerTo preserve the quality of your Tissuville piece, keep it stored in shape in the original sac and/or box when not in use.

Direct contact with humidity, moisture, heat, oily substances and cosmetics may damage the piece.

Direct exposure to sunlight and illumination may discolor the piece.
External friction may cause color transfer, abrasion and contamination.
